Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking an Assistant Creative Merchandiser to execute seasonal campaigns for Women’s Apparel and Accessories, bridging product initiatives across Retail and Digital channels.

The Merchandiser will own operational elements of product strategies across all touchpoints, coordinating with Buying and Marketing to ensure brand-aligned creative output and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Product Alignment: Partner with Buying to align assortments with marketing timing.
• Sample Management: Coordinate end-to-end sample process and editorials.
• Campaign Execution: Select imagery for email and site placements to support sales goals.
• Operational Support: Track campaign execution and improve team processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain organized workflows across teams.
