Job summary

Denison University in Granville, Ohio, seeks an Assistant Coach to support the Head Coach in all administrative and athletic functions of a competitive collegiate program. Job description

The Assistant Coach assists the Head Coach in managing, executing, and leading all administrative and athletic functions of a competitive collegiate sports program. This role is responsible for setting and maintaining team rules and expectations, coaching and developing student-athletes, and driving recruiting efforts from initial outreach through campus visits. Additionally, the Assistant Head Coach coordinates team travel logistics, conducts film analysis and opponent scouting, and manages program‑specific content creation to enhance alumni engagement and promote both the team and Denison University.
