• Salary: $52,000- $64,480
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Description

As an Assistant Warehouse Manager/Supervisor of an e-commerce automotive parts company, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient operation and a safe working environment. You will oversee pickups, receiving and stocking of products, as well as coordinate with carriers to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a time sensitive role, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of a small e-commerce warehouse.
• Ensure parts/packages are shipped out, picked up, received, and stocked daily.
• Oversee a small team of warehouse associates.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and suppliers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Order warehouse supplies as needed.
• Will be scanning, printing orders and labels, and unloading/loading parts weighing up to 40lbs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and mathematical skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to operate a Sprinter or similar van, if needed.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to use or learn Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must be willing and able to lift automotive parts of up to 40 pounds.
