Job summary

The role focuses on material flow, safety, and efficiency, coordinating sourcing, receiving, cycle counts, and replenishment for warehouse and company vehicles. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory/assistant manager experience in a warehouse.
• Experience in supply chain and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and timely completion of tasks.
• Prioritize tasks based on operational needs, installations, deliveries, and material requirements.
• Coordinate the receiving, inspection, labeling, storage, and distribution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Generator, and other materials.
• Ensure materials are staged and available for scheduled installations and field personnel.
• Monitor and coordinate truck replenishment for company vehicles.
• Coordinate material return process, inspecting and restocking or dispositioning returned items.
• Assist with purchase orders by verifying received materials against POs.
• Conduct full physical counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate and monitor warranty returns with vendors.
• Assist with vendor-managed inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishment needs.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in the inventory system.
• Communicate needs with purchasing, operations, installation teams, vendors, drivers, and management.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
