Job summary

Martin-Baker America is seeking an Assistant Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead stockroom operations, oversee material flow to production, and ensure accurate inventory management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate across Production Planning, Quality, Inspection, and Inventory Control teams, manage staff, and drive process improvements while complying with safety and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 5+ years warehousing/inventory control.
• Minimum 1+ year supervision/lead experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems and strong computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and delegation skills; occasional local travel.

Responsibilities

• Support stockroom staffing, training, and day-to-day workflow.
• Oversee part pulling, issuing, storage, and rotation of materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate material handling activities and safe equipment operation.
• Partner with Production Planning, Quality, Inspection, and Inventory Control teams.
• Manage equipment upkeep, loss prevention, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist shipping and packaging teams and support cross-training.
• Follow all applicable procedures, safety requirements, and ISO standards.

Job Purpose

The Assistant Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the storage and distribution of all items received either from suppliers or by in-house production product lines. Ensures a smooth and consistent operation so parts are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner. Responsible for coordinating and processing all activities to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.
