The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with substantial leadership experience in workforce development and community programming. This role is onsite five days a week and offers competitive annual compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in workforce development.
• Strong experience managing publicly funded programs and complex government contracts.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce programming serving youth and adults.
• Support oversight of operations of Commonpoint’s Workforce Hub.
• Conduct regular supervision, performance management of leadership staff.
