Assistant Volleyball Coach - High School

Columbia School District is seeking an Assistant High School Volleyball Coach for the 2025-2026 season.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage student athletes to persist through difficulties and celebrate successes.
2. Represent the school and community positively, demonstrating class and sportsmanship before, during, and after competitions.
3. Develop integrity through sportsmanship and fair play, maintaining high standards of conduct.
4. Teach responsibility, discipline, teamwork, effort, commitment, pride, and fun, emphasizing academic and athletic excellence.
5. Build trust and respect with student athletes, communicate effectively with students and parents, and enforce standards fairly.
6. Have the knowledge and ability to communicate expertise in the sport to student athletes.
