Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Act as brand ambassador; create engaging visual experiences appealing to FP customers.
• Leadership + Team Management: Train the team on store processes and standards; provide feedback to drive accountability.
• Visual + Business Operations: Manage visual direction from planning to execution; use reporting tools to identify opportunities.
• Communication + Relationships: Lead with a people-first approach; share product knowledge and brand messaging.
