You will lead the team in store processes, product placement, payroll-related tasks, and collaborate with leadership to drive engaging visual standards while maintaining brand integrity, safety, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with leadership on engaging visual experiences.
• Involves the team in selling and visual initiatives to enhance customer experience and build relationships.
• Leads in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting to create a compelling store environment.
• Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards with actionable feedback.
• Supports store leadership in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to strengthen brand, customer and store connection.
