Arhaus is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to uphold premium visual standards in the Palm Beach Gardens showroom. You will support the Visual Manager, display furniture, and coordinate weekly store transfers while maintaining inventory levels in collaboration with management.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, travel as needed, and flexibility for extended hours. A related degree or comparable merchandising/set design experience is preferred to grow within the Arhaus brand.

In this exciting yet challenging Assistant Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products. This is an assistant role, supporting the Visual Manager in the showroom. This role will allow you to grow your merchandising skills and gain experience with the Arhaus brand.

In addition to creating the experience, which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels

• Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Must feel comfortable using a ladder for hanging art and chandeliers, placing furniture, and other projects as needed.
• Must be willing to care for live plants in the showroom including setting floral displays as needed.
• College degree or job experience in a related field (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design).
