Job summary

• Support policy reviews, governance documents, and promotion/tenure reviews.
• Assist with conflict of interest processes and faculty affairs initiatives.
• Engage with offices such as Legal Affairs, Human Resources, Compliance and Integrity to coordinate efforts.

This position will support the Senior Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and External Engagement with university policy reviews, governance documents, promotion and tenure reviews, conflict of interest and processes as well as other needs that the faculty affairs team may encounter. This role will engage with other offices including Legal Affairs, Human Resources, Compliance and Integrity, etc.

Minimum Education Required
Master's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five years of progressive responsibility in an academic setting and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage highly visible projects involving multiple stakeholders, to build strong and sustaining relationships, and to creatively and professionally work with faculty and academic leaders to assess the needs of faculty and to translate those needs into practical policies and processes that enhance the professional environment and ensure the success of our faculty.
