Job summary

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Philanthropic Impact at Ivy Tech Foundation leads post-award investment management and stewardship of donor-funded gifts, endowments, and grants. You will translate philanthropic investments into outcomes for students and communities and provide strategic oversight for budgeting, reporting, and accountability.

You will build and lead a team, establish systems and processes, collaborate with Development and campus leaders, and ensure donor intent is honored

Qualifications

• Experience leading philanthropy/investment stewardship initiatives.
• Ability to translate investments into measurable outcomes.
• Strong budget planning and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of donor-funded accounts and investments.
• Build and lead a team supporting funded initiatives across College and Foundation.
• Develop standards, tools, and processes for execution and accountability.
• Plan budgets, forecasts, and monitor spending against donor agreements.
• Lead stewardship reporting and translate outcomes into materials.
