  • Develop and conduct training programs for directors, managers and staff on HR technology, policies, and best practices. Create professional development opportunities to build human capital within the organization.

  • Prepare HR information reports for College and University leadership, utilizing HRIS data and other resources to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with Legal Affairs, Office of Compliance, and other stakeholders on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and adherence to University policies. Support inclusion and diversity initiatives.

  • Investigate and address employee workplace complaints or concerns, working closely with managers and exercising good judgment to resolve issues effectively.
