  1. Proven expertise in unlocking multimillion-dollar accounts and introducing transformative Clinical Solutions, BPO and Technology Enabled Solutions in the Payer Organizations including Government Funded Programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
  2. In-depth functional knowledge within the healthcare industry, establishing connections with Payer executive stakeholders based on their unique pain points.
  3. Robust consultative sales process and operations skills, encompassing pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  4. Strategic mindset, fostering a consultative and solution-oriented sales environment.
  5. A thought leader in the rapidly evolving healthcare provider market.
  6. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multicultural, global environment.

Education & Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience selling into Healthcare Payer Organizations including Government Funded Programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
  2. 5+ years of experience in solution-consultative sales and account management.
  3. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Master's degree a plus.
