The Archdiocese of Detroit is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach at Austin Catholic High School. You will collaborate with the Head Coach to develop athletes’ skills and foster a positive team environment.

This role supports planning practices, organizing games, and providing mentorship to student-athletes, ensuring they grow both on and off the court.

Candidates must have a strong volleyball background and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous playing experience in volleyball.
• Ability to attend practices and games during the season.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading team practices and conditioning sessions.
• Support the Head Coach in organizing team activities.
• Provide mentorship to student-athletes.
