Job summary

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy (FSHA) seeks an experienced Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach to support the development of the varsity program. You will work with the Head Coach to help student-athletes grow athletically, academically, and personally in a mission-aligned environment.

You will assist with practices, drills, conditioning, and game planning, while mentoring players and coordinating team operations.

• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, and leadership.
• Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, travel, and team events.
• Assist with equipment management and program operations.
• Maintain positive communication with athletes, parents, administration, and coaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with CIF, league, school, and safety regulations.
• Participate in summer training and camp activities beginning June 16, as needed.

Position Overview

Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy (FSHA) is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach to support the development of the varsity volleyball program. The Assistant Coach will work collaboratively with the Head Coach to help student-athletes grow athletically, academically, and personally in a positive and mission-aligned environment.
