Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head Coach to implement Saints Baseball program goals.
• Lead position-specific drills (infield, outfield, catching, or pitching).
• Run drills to improve fundamentals: footwork, glove work, throwing.
• Assist with practice planning, game strategy, and lineup decisions.
• Evaluate player performance and provide regular feedback.
• Demonstrate knowledge of mechanics and strategy for each position.
• Mentor student-athletes and foster a positive, competitive team culture.
