Qualifications

• ACPS staff preferred.

• Previous coaching experience in assigned sport is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Instructs athletes in fundamentals, strategies, and conditioning for individual and team success.
• Ensures safety and hygiene, reports injuries to coach or trainer.
• Maintains accurate program records and equipment inventories.
• Communicates with parents/guardians and adheres to school policies.
• Ensures compliance with VHSL, regional, and district regulations.
• Supports Head Coach with public relations and program information.
