Responsibilities

• Review and process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and broker of record requests.
• Use discretion and critical thinking to make decisions within authority level.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and vendors; communicate professionally.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
