The Assistant Tribal Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Keshena, WI, supporting the Tribal Administrator in the daily operations of the tribal government. This position assists with coordinating departmental activities, preparing reports, and monitoring program performance to ensure alignment with tribal policies and strategic priorities. The role includes drafting correspondence, supporting budget and grant administration, and helping to implement policies and procedures. The Assistant Tribal Administrator works closely with tribal leadership, department managers, and community stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. This role may also support special projects, attend meetings, and help maintain compliance with applicable tribal, federal, and state regulations.
