Weyerhaeuser, a leader in sustainable forestry and product manufacturing, seeks an Assistant Treasurer to oversee treasury and pension activities worldwide. You will manage assets and debt, lead teams, and collaborate with senior leadership on financing, liability management and investment projects.

Strong leadership, GAAP knowledge and robust financial modeling are essential. You will work across functions, build banking relationships, and drive process improvements while ensuring audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline required.
• MBA, CFA, CPA or CTP strongly desired for advanced treasury leadership.
• 15+ years in corporate finance, accounting or treasury management with leadership experience.
• Deep experience with financial markets, capital markets and investment management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage financial assets and debt portfolio worldwide for the company.
• Lead treasury and pension teams; supervise hiring and salary reviews.
• Maintain banking relationships and oversee cash management functions.
• Ensure internal controls, audit compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with CFO, planning, HR and external partners on projects.
