Job summary

Richfield Public Schools is seeking a full-time Assistant Transportation Coordinator to assist in coordinating drivers, bus routing, and dispatch operations. Job description

Richfield Public Schools is now accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Transportation Coordinator.

This role will assist in the day‑to‑day coordination of drivers, bus routing, and operations of the dispatch office. It also coordinates safety programming and assists the Groundskeeper with maintenance and upkeep of all district grounds.

Garage, Richfield, MN

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience as a school bus driver preferred.
• Preferred experience training school bus drivers on bus operations, applicable laws and safety procedures, District and State transportation regulations and record‑keeping requirements.
• Preferred current Minnesota school bus driver’s license with commercial and school bus endorsements.
• Ability to obtain a Minnesota school bus driver’s license within four (4) months of hire if not currently licensed.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate

$24.05 – $29.07 (Based on education and experience).
