Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in management, business, education, kinesiology, coaching, or related field.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with members of the public.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and recruits jumps and multi-event athletes.
• Complies with NAIA and conference rules, regulations, and department plans.
• Maintains effective working relationships with department support staff and other university personnel.
• Maintains budget and organizational skills.
• Monitors student-athletes' academic programs, retention, and graduation.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
