The AssistantTrack& Field Coach assists the HeadTrack& Field Coach in all aspects of theTrack& Fieldprogram, including (but not limited to) directing a competitive NAIA program in accordance with theUniversity, Conference, and NAIA rules and procedures; recruitment and development of student-athletes, aswell as a commitment to student-athletes personal and academic welfare; commitment to gender and ethnicdiversity and willingness to learn about media relations activities.
