Assistant to the Division DirectorsThe Assistant to the Division Directors works closely with the Director of Middle School and the Director of Upper School to oversee the operations and division-wide programming while supporting students, families, and faculty. The Assistant to the Division Directors serves as key administrative support to the Division Directors, works as the liaison to the faculty, students, and families, and is the go-to person for all activities and events, as well as daily operations, in the divisions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Middle and Upper Schools* Provide executive assistance to Director of Middle School and Director of Upper School, including calendaring, meeting management, and agenda setting* Coordinate division calendars in collaboration with Calendar Committee* Track sub coverage in partnership with Department Heads and process payments* Schedule classroom visits, in support of the faculty feedback process, in coordination with Academic Leadership Team* Coordinate and support MS and US evening events* Manage middle school and upper school budgets, including all credit card reconciliations* Coordinate and/or collaborate in the coordination of division-specific events, including communication with third party vendors, our food services provider, and Buildings & Grounds* Support coordination of field trips in partnership with teachers and Associate Directors of Middle and Upper School* Maintain the Faculty/Staff mudroom* Order, distribute, and maintain supplies for both divisions* Help plan, coordinate, and run tech for community meetings in partnership with Technology Team* Attend relevant faculty meetings* Manage chaperone and supervision lists, ensuring coverage* Track and distribute faculty and staff parking decalsDesired Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience* At least 5 years of experience working in educational or other non-profit organizations* Customer-service mindset* Exceptional organizational skills, flexibility of thinking, curiosity, open-mindedness, collaborative approach, and strong problem-solving skills* Genuine interest in and experience working with school-aged students* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with all members of the community* Eagerness to participate fully in the life of the school* Knowledge of and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice practices, and commitment to ongoing growth in this areaSalary Range:The salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000.
