Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Birkirkara is for an Assistant to the Marketing & Design Director. The Assistant will work closely with the Director to manage and coordinate campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the marketing/advertising industry.
• An understanding of the requirements and implications of working for and representing the Marketing & Design Director.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• A keen interest in marketing and knowledge of the local marketing landscape.
• Capable of working with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of budgeting campaigns, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to budgets.

• Numeracy skills will be an added advantage.
• Possess a driving licence and have regular access to a car.
