Job summary

Anonymous Content, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Assistant to the Chief Creative Officer for our New York office.

This full-time role requires presence five days per week in the office, supporting calendar management, meeting coordination, and multi-project oversight. You will work closely with the CCO to streamline communications, track development projects, and coordinate with the studio and management teams to advance creative strategy and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years at an agency, management, or entertainment company on a senior executive desk.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CCO to manage information and coordinate development projects.
• Attend meetings with the CCO to coordinate follow-ups, schedule, and note-taking.
• Coordinate with studio teams to support creative strategy, slate, and growth.
• Exercise sound judgment to schedule relevant meetings and tasks on time.
• Support the creation and execution of feedback, lists, and strategy for the AC slate.
• Collaborate with Studio and Management divisions to achieve business goals.
• Liaise with People/HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Affairs, and Operations to meet studio needs.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant to our Chief Creative Office, who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This is located in our New York office, and, at this time , this role is in office five days per week.

In this role you will:

• Collaborate closely with the CCO to manage information and facilitate coordination and communication around AC’s production slate and active development projects
• Attend all meetings with the Chief Creative Officer to help coordinate and manage all follow-up overseeing the calendar management, setting and scheduling meetings, note-taking, rolling calls, etc.
• Coordinate with the studio team to help organize the CCO’s efforts supporting creative strategy, slate, and growth
• Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings and tasks are scheduled and handled in a timely manner
• Participate in feedback generation, list making and strategy across the AC slate
• Collaborate with the entire Studio and Management divisions to achieve business goals
• Coordinate with other departments (People/HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Affairs, and Operations) to ensure that the Studio needs are being met and communicated
• Assist the Chief Creative Officer in running the creative slate of the company across multiple projects and initiatives that the team will be spearheading
