Job summary

Reagent Chemical & Research, LLC. in Middlesex, NJ is seeking an Assistant Terminal Manager to help oversee daily operations of hydrochloric acid transport terminals. You will manage loading/unloading, ensure safety compliance, and support dispatch and staffing to meet customer needs.

The role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with a competitive benefits package including 401k matching and profit sharing, PTO, holidays, and comprehensive health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily operations of a Hydrochloric Acid truck and/or rail terminal including loading/unloading and operation of railcars, tractors, or other container trailers transporting chemicals and supplies
• Oversees Environmental Health & Safety compliance for the terminal and all employees including OSHA/DOT/FRA trainings
• Performs incident/accident investigations and documentation, taking appropriate action
• Mechanical experience preferred
