Job summary

Berry College in Mount Berry, Georgia, is seeking an Assistant Men’s & Women’s Tennis Coach to support the NCAA Division III program. Reporting to the Head Coach, you will help organize, supervise, and administer all aspects of the tennis program in line with liberal arts education and Division III rules.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to student-athlete academic progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.
• Budget management for the program.
• Plan and oversee practice and game preparation/management.
• Create and manage practice/game schedules.
• Ensure compliance with NCAA, SAA, and institutional rules.
