Job summary

SoftWash Hawaii is seeking dependable individuals to learn a skilled exterior cleaning trade and grow with a developing company on Oʻahu.

Assistant Technician is an entry point with a 21-Day Field Evaluation. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement to Lead Technician and other roles. Compensation starts at $16–$18 per hour plus a production commission, with ongoing training and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must live on Oʻahu and commute to Ewa Beach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Learn SoftWash Hawaii's exterior cleaning and property-preservation systems while assisting with equipment, chemical, tool, and vehicle preparation.
• Perform roof, exterior, solar panel, siding, concrete, window, and related services.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic equipment; protect property and landscaping.
• Follow safety procedures; work on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll learn SoftWash Hawaii's professional exterior cleaning and property-preservation systems while assisting with:

Equipment, chemical, tool, and vehicle preparation

Roof, exterior, solar panel, siding, concrete, window, and related services

Basic equipment operation and troubleshooting

Property and landscaping protection

Ladders, roofs, and elevated work using required safety systems

Job-site setup, execution, cleanup, and equipment reset

Identifying and communicating problems before they become larger problems

Maintaining professional standards around customers and their property

This is physical outdoor work in Hawaiʻi's heat, humidity, wind, and changing weather.

COMPENSATION

Assistant Technician: $16–$18/hour + 1%–2% production commission

Paid training is provided.

Lead Technician opportunities include increased hourly compensation, production commission, and responsibility.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must live on Oʻahu, reliably commute to Ewa Beach, have dependent transportation and a valid driver's license, provide a driver abstract, complete required background/drug screening and DISC assessment, be physically capable of demanding outdoor work, lift up to 75 lbs., and be comfortable working from ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces.
