Bright Brothers of East Tampa is seeking a reliable Assistant Technician to support field teams in soft washing and holiday lighting installations. This outdoor role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, with full training provided if you have no prior experience.

You will load gear, assist with installations, protect properties, and help maintain equipment. A positive work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided).
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations.
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean‑up duties.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
