Job summary

Bright Brothers of Delmarva is seeking an Assistant Technician to support field teams in soft washing and holiday lighting installations. This hands-on, outdoor role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will assist with residential and commercial projects, load tools, follow safety protocols, and help protect customer property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided).
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations.
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean-up duties.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
