Bright Brothers of Delmarva is seeking a reliable Assistant Technician to support field teams with soft washing and holiday lighting installations. This hands-on outdoor role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork; no prior experience is required as training is provided.

• Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean‑up duties
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment (training provided)
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
