Job summary

Alliance PTP, LLC seeks a Work‑Fit Assistant Team Leader to support planning, organizing, delivering, and evaluating Work‑Fit services for clients. You will work under the Team Leader to ensure safe, professional service and strong client relations across various environments.

Responsibilities include documentation, team development, marketing support, and continuous quality improvement. Requires a health field degree, licensure, CPR, and 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Work‑Fit/health field.
• Required state licensure and/or professional certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Two years of professional health field experience.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Effective time management daily and weekly.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to conduct online research.
• Proficient with Healthy Roster, Twin Oaks, and client databases.
• Comfortable delivering service in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader with planning, organizing, delivering, and measuring Work‑Fit services.
• Maintain safe, professional work environment and SOP adherence.
• Document Work‑Fit service interactions in databases per policies.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Participate in customer interviews and client meetings as delegated.
• Develop personal growth plans aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to marketing plans and distribution of educational materials.
• Ensure facility safety and maintenance coordination with client.
• Co‑ordinate with leadership to monitor program performance and quality.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by Team Leader.
