Required State Licensure and/or Professional certification in the specified health field.
Maintain CPR/AED certification.
Two years of professional experience in the specified health field.

Responsibilities

Policy and Procedures: maintain a safe, secure, and professional work environment and enforce SOPs.
Business Planning: assist with strategic goals and project assignments.
Program Measurement: document service interactions and support quality reviews.
Team Member Development: assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching.
Delivery of Work‑Fit Services: deliver services per the agreed scope and SOP.
Customer Relations: conduct regular client interviews to assess impact.
Professional Development: stay current with policies, credentials, and laws.
Program Marketing: help develop materials and distribute educational content.
