Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise the multidisciplinary ACCS team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

You will ensure recovery and vocational services are integrated into treatment plans and lead clinical and administrative functions across residential and community settings. The role emphasizes leadership in a community-based, clinically focused environment, with schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, in

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Experience working with adults with mental illness.
• Licensure or commitment to obtain licensure within the required timeframe of the licensing body.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all administrative and clinical functions of the team.
• Monitor the overall delivery of services and the utilization of support for clients served.
• Coordinate all case management services, including income management, insurance, and scheduling/coordination of medical and psychiatric appointments.
• Ensure that services are culturally competent, strengths-based, and reflect individual preferences.
• Promote independence and strength-based interventions to assist with goal attainment.
• Ensure that recovery services, vocational support, and clinical care are integrated into every aspect of treatment and interventions.
• Facilitate and oversee clinical assessments to include risk and crisis management evaluation and intervention.
• Provide direct clinical interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating schedule
