Qualifications

• PhD/terminal degree in Rhetoric and Composition or related field by Aug 1, 2027.
• Experience teaching environmental rhetorics and rhetorics of science.
• Commitment to inclusive excellence in teaching, research, and/or service.

Responsibilities

• Teaching small (~20 students) first‑year RAP courses.
• Teaching lower- and upper-division courses with max 19 students.
• Developing cocurricular activities to enhance the classroom experience and build community.
• Serving on departmental committees and mentoring students.
