Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in Minnesota is hiring Assistant Teachers to provide engaging, caring daily care for children in a licensed environment. You will observe, assess, and plan activities, communicate with families, and follow all licensing guidelines.

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule, education assistance, training opportunities, and a Master Teacher Program to help you grow in the field of early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Love to help! Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $17.69-$18.38 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
