Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers in Dublin, OH to join our community focused on caring for children and supporting families. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a fun classroom, and engage with children daily.

You’ll receive extensive training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and opportunities through our Master Teacher Program, with a Monday-Friday schedule and benefits including health coverage and a 50% childcare discount.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $14.74-$15.31 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
