Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students in small groups to deliver individualized services.
• Lead small group instruction and implement SESI's academic rotational model.
• Collaborate with the teacher to provide behavior and academic support.
• Use data to tailor materials and track student progress.
• Assist with large group activities, grading, and accommodations.
• Apply behavior support and de-escalation strategies.
• Document daily plans and monitor safety and supervision.
