Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher in Boston to implement our curriculum and provide a safe, engaging classroom environment. You will partner with parents to support their children's development and work with center staff to drive enrollment and accreditation goals.

Responsibilities include delivering consistent, high-quality care, building positive relationships with families and collaborating with licensing authorities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center’s success by collaborating with staff on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
