Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not certified.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare curriculum in classrooms.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by focusing on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
