Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, places you in a role where you assist teachers in delivering individualized services to students with special needs.

You will help lead small groups, monitor progress, and reinforce learning using data-driven methods within SESI’s PBIS framework called CASE. Join a team that partners with school districts to create in-district classrooms and standalone schools, offering opportunities for growth, paid training, credentialing

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with small-group instruction and individualized support.
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to address student needs.
• Monitor student behavior, track progress, and document growth toward goals.
• Support, document, and track student growth and progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise students and ensure they are monitored during transitions and activities.
• Use behavior support strategies and implement de-escalation techniques when needed.
