KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring as a Teacher to directly support children's education across our centers. You will implement the curriculum with attention to each child's unique needs and create a safe, nurturing space for growth and discovery.

You will collaborate with families and center staff to deliver high-quality care, while contributing to enrollment and engagement efforts. This role emphasizes teamwork and community impact across neighborhoods nationwide.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to ensure best care and education for children.
• Support center success by driving enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
