Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
