Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated Teachers to support children’s growth and learning in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing space for play and education, and partner with families to ensure excellent care and development.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while building positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by aiding enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
