YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is seeking a part-time after-school aide in Columbus, OH to supervise elementary students and facilitate engaging activities at Bolton Crossing Elementary. The role offers a sign-on incentive and flexible afternoon hours, with opportunities for growth and contributions to student well-being.

You will work 7am-9am and/or 3pm-6pm, earn hourly compensation, and enjoy benefits such as a paid training program, a YMCA membership, and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• HS diploma required.
• Experience with elementary aged students preferred.
• Available to work 7am-9am and/or 3pm-6pm.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Salary: $14 with additional compensation based off experience

MAKE AN IMPACT-CONNECT WITH STUDENTS AFTER SCHOOL

Duties include:

• Supervising a group of elementary aged students
• Implementing program activities
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, families, Y colleagues and school personnel.
• Maintaining licensing rules/standards, keeps written student records, and collects data and provide reports as necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• HS diploma
• Experience with elementary aged students preferred
• Available to work between 7am-9am and/or 3pm-6pm
• Must have reliable transportation

Summary
