In short, our Assistant Educator will ensure children are engaged, safe, and thriving in their early educational journey.Summary and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an Assistant Educator to act as CSI’s newest team member. This person will be responsible for:Helping children discover new interests through day-to-day lessons, activities, and social interactions.Developing and encouraging age-appropriate learning and socialization to ensure children learn basic skills and concepts, such as communication, manners, and sharing.Modeling strong communication skills including grammar, enunciation, and developing language skillsKeeping daily records related to the care and progress of each child.Providing direct supervision and ensuring safety and engagement during activities and outings.Communicating effectively with parents, sharing information, discussing concerns, and facilitating conferences.Maintaining a safe, structured, and organized learning environment.Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role?
