Job summary

Child Saving Institute (CSI) in Omaha, NE is seeking a Lead Preschool Educator to supervise classroom activities, foster a safe, nurturing environment, and implement engaging learning experiences based on NAEYC guidelines.

You will support children's development, serve as a role model for staff and volunteers, and collaborate with families to promote growth. This full-time role at Spellman Child Development Center offers comprehensive benefits and a respectful, forward-thinking culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Holding an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledgeable about child development, classroom management, and best practices for early childhood education.
• CPR and first aid certified (or able to obtain certification).
