Job summary

This full-time position requires being 18+, HS diploma or GED, and background checks. CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education are preferred. Some experience in child care is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents and share daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group as needed across a center or nearby locations.
